Excellent, timely, convenient and professional support but more importantly, friendly and explained in layman’s language. The commitment to fix the problem before leaving the site is the biggest advantage; there was no threat of an hourly billing rather a fixed rate that avoids any unnecessary surprises.

Todd is simply incredible. I recommend him every chance I get... but that’s what is difficult in these financial times-- Nobody is really dying to MEET Todd... UNLESS they really NEED Todd. John Brown has been coming to my technological rescue at last once a year for four or five years. He always treats me with respect and good humour, and acts as if I might actually understand what he is saying, which is a mighty leap of faith on his part. I am seventy-three year old computer dunce. I confess that this machine causes me a great deal of worry and stress, but after John’s visits I always feel relieved, and much more confident -- until my next disaster.
